Getting your home and gardens ready for spring may be some work, but boy do I love the energy and liveliness when all it’s done! Spring cleaning is an inherently optimistic activity me thinks… we push and move things around, we open windows, dig into garden beds and clean like crazy... all in anticipation of warmer days and the good things they’ll bring.

So go ahead… paint, clean, plant, garden, dream... and have a lovely and blessed weekend!
I am with you Cielo! I had planned to work in the garden this weekend and clean out all the debris but now they are calling for rain all weekend...Oh well maybe Monday..:)

I can't wait until I get out and get busy in the garden. I am waiting for the weather to cooperate and some issues with my ankle to clear up. Yor post is beautiful today, as it always is- xo Diana

I've been planting, but the pollen is getting to me. Hubby got some potting mix so I have been putting fresh dirt in all the containers. Now for the fun part getting more flowers to plant:)
ReplyDeleteStill lots of weeding to do in my garden. But I may have to pull out some white wrapping paper and cover a few books - love your post picture. It's clean lines make me want to spring clean (a miracle!). Happy Weekend.
ReplyDeleteI wish the same to you darling Cielo!
ReplyDeleteBut here where I live in Italy the weather conditions are so bad... A very strange cold and rain... I must wait for my garden lovely works!
Good WE

That is sound advice, and I think I'll do just that. (And a little resting and relaxing too, of course!

We got snow again here tonight so the garden is still sleeping. I did get my seeding shelving and supplies out to start seeds indoors. Not quite digging in the dirt like I would like but it will have to do!
ReplyDeleteThank you for the beautiful party this week!
I got nothing done this weekend-other than our first communion and a house full of family. Beautiful post- Have a great week- xo Diana
