Show Off Your Cottage Monday

Welcome to "SHOW OFF YOUR COTTAGE MONDAY", a blog party I host at the beginning of each week to celebrate the things we love about our homes and how we live.

I love white neutral spaces. White is calm. But I'm loving adding bits of subtle pastel color here and there. They still are relaxing and cozy but have that added punch of color.

    my daughter has the same shams on her bed, the quilted stripes, and the matching quilt. small world, looks great!

    I love your pretty pastels with your whites.
    I am on such a white kick that I am wanting to repaint all my black furniture WHITE..and Mr. Sweet's eyes are about to roll out of his head. :)))

    I love your cottage look. Wish I had more of that look in my house. Am trying to move that direction but hit roadblocks (co-occupants) along the way. I've just built a potting shed where I can do what I want and your blog is great inspiration. Thanks for hosting.

    Oh, lovely....there's something nice about white. Hmm...I would say the favorite color in my home right now is pink..but then, the next day I'll find a lovely treasure and it's blue...So it's hard to say...but I think soft, romantic colors are my general favorites right now!!!     I am like you. I like really white spaces with punches of what I call "ice-cream shop" colors. I am posting and linking about Lacy Things, and the colors are a rosy pink and Clinique green :D

    I am in the clean uncluttered phase of January. All the Christmas and holiday lovelies are put away til next year. Loving white and clean.
    Actually I'm trying to come up with a color to paint the spare bedroom...I should do a post on it and get some input!

    I always start everything off with white. I love a nice, clean, simple palette. Then, as much as I love white, I have to punch it up with color. Oh, I do love me some color. Especially, jewel tones of ruby and amethyst, or emerald or turquoise. I just found your blog and I will have to link up on a Monday with a cottage pic or two. I'll be back — love
