Welcome to our breakfast room. This is one of my favorite rooms in the house. A large square table sits in the middle of it, and it is surrounded by windows that provide plenty of light and a view of the gardens. The brightly streaming sunshine is one of my favorite things about the room and because of it I like to keep the decor simple, serene and peaceful. For now, I will leave you with photos. I hope you enjoy your visit and find it as relaxing as I do.

Dear Cielo, The room is beautiful..of course it could be no more than a box and be beautiful with your touch upon it. I love lilacs...they are my favorite flower-followed closely by roses. So serene and lovely. Hugs- Diana

Love your sweet breakfast nook! Oh and those lilacs- one of my favorite flowers- I can almost smell the scent from here! then there is that awesome loaf of round crusty bread- did you know I love round Crusty bread- lots of butter please too!!

Everything looks so lovely! I so miss the fresh lilacs! of course, right now I am reading "Practical Magic" and I have a different image of lilacs. LOL

there's nothing as lovely as breakfasting in a room bathed in morning light. We have breakfast in our sunroom --the table is at one end -- and it's a lovely start to a day.
