Today, I'm celebrating the return of light...
It's 5:26pm as I write this... and is still light outside. Goodbye to short days and long nights! We're spinning back towards the light. My steps are lighter these days, because I see the change taking place in Nature... I see a future filled with hope and flowers! May the light brings hope for all humankind... In the mean time, light yourself a candle bright and dance within that gentle light. What are you celebrating today?
Now it’s your turn to tell us what you’re celebrating.

I too will be ready for longer days and days when I get out in my yard and garden. I know I just seem more sluggish with less light! Your picture is lovely!

I look forward every year to that shortest day -- in order to look forward to all the longer days to come. It's a rebirth of hope and life -- lovely post!

You have a beautiful blog, everything is so delightful. I found you from Google search and was so happy to wander into this loveliness.
ReplyDeleteThat image you have of the angel in the snow with frozen roses was fabulous. Thought it would make a lovely banner for winter. Thanks for sharing and making me smile.
