We're back!

We were welcomed by a cold rain and a muddy silent garden. I miss the early sun burning the mist away, but I’m glad to be back home.

    I love the rain in all it's clean glory. The sound, the wetness and the way the earth smells once it's fallen. We are in the desert, so rain is precious to us, we don't get to enjoy it's beauty very much and when we are blessed with this wonderful resource, it's usually at night....Char

    cielo, welcome back. I wanted to be sure you saw my email re your blog on 'Headboards'... there is a spammer leaving messages... would suggest deleting his/her messages and changing your comments so that no "anonymous" posters are accepted. That might curtail the spanning. FWIW

    I love rainy days, love smelling wet soil, love drops song, love being all wet out in the rain, love trees and bushes being showered, love, love , love the rainbows!!!!!!
