I've had the most exciting time through all of 2010 meeting so many wonderful new friends... Yes, friends like you and you and you!! It’s been so rewarding seeing you strolling along as I go about my little life here; planting a new rose bush in the gardens, or pulling out weeds, or cleaning and embellishing my little house in the roses. Sometimes, if I don’t get to see you around here in a day or two, I run to Hollow Woods and walk into this tangled web of trees and velvety moss covered forest just to see if maybe you'd gone there and I can find you...
I sit on the magical giant cherry tree, and wait and wait...
And wait for you so we can dream our days away together!
Would you do the same for me? Would you go to your own enchanted woods if one day you don't find me here and wait for me by your magical giant cherry tree? Oh please do!
It has been a most amazing experience getting to know you all—you, my readers and friends; those of you who regularly come and shout my name to the wind (in a way of a comment) so I can know you’ve been here looking for me, but also those of you who come to the forest edge and stand there watching silently; not daring to come any closer, yet, still here with me all the same. I want you to know how very special you all are... you have touched my heart. And I thank God for you.
I wish you all more happiness than all my words can tell, not just alone for New Years Eve, but for all the year as well!
