Fall is for sipping hot chocolate and for wearing your favority warm and cozy socks and fun PJs, and it is also for hugging and cuddling by a soft furry friend, even when you don’t know his name or know where he’d come from...
It is also time to winterize my front porch... I surely will miss all the lovely greenery that’s been in my front porch since early spring.
My potted ferns would not survive our harsh winter if I leave them out here…
I'd have to find a place for them before the wind comes puffing by, blowing leafs and all sort of things off towards the sky...
Where do you think I should put them?
Fall is such a wonderful time of year! Leaves are turning vibrant colors. Harvests are being gathered. The weather is getting cooler... What do you like and enjoy doing during the lovely October days? I love all the shiny afternoons so full of birds....

Oh I love the fall too. Perfect for cozying up like you said. Hot soups, hot cocoa, comfort foods are perfect for this kind of weather. We went to a flea market today. Beautiful fall day, crisp, cool air, beautiful fall leaves blowing in the wind. Your furry friend is so pretty. He/she looks perfectly at home cudding with you.
Your ferns are lovely. I don't have anywhere to put a big plant like that indoors. Is your living room or bedroom big enough? ?They would look lovely most anywhere indoors. :)

You have such a charming porch. Saying goodbye to all of it when it looks so lovely is hard to do! Fall is always beautiful though with the changing colors, the sky a different blue, and every creature hustling along trying to prepare for winter. I don't think I could live somewhere else without seeing the seasonal change!!
